Where the Guild is unable to provide information directly, it will recommend suitable advisors.
2. CONCILIATION SERVICE
The Guild is available to act as an intermediary if problems arise between members and their customers. Should a dispute remain unresolved, the Guild would use its good offices to select a suitable arbiter who is acceptable to both parties.
3. REFERENCE SERVICE
The Guild's extensive reference library make certain that information can be located to ensure that supplies and services of the rare and unusual can be located for members.
